Oatmeal For Breakfast Goal

  2 week goals: eat oatmeal every morning for breakfast start date: August 25, 2024 I'm going to try this, eating oatmeal every day. This is only for two weeks, because I've got some other things in the house I want to eat, some millet and some quinoa. I am hoping eating the oatmeal will help me with some digestive problems I have been having, give me some healthy fiber and keep me full. I want to stop eating whatever my brother makes for breakfast, because he does not care enough about a healthy diet. His philosophy is that everyone should get larger and be fat when they are older. If they are adults, they should either be fat or on the road to fatness and that's just not something I want to live with. I want to lose weight, because I am overweight. Yesterday, he made me an omelet for breakfast, which I guess was supposed to be nice. But he didn't bother to cook it! He put cheese in it and when the cheese was melted, he was done.
